Extension of MMD Onsite Inventory - Available as from now

In August 2024, MMD reached a major milestone by transitioning to the Ahold Delhaize’s Retail Media Platform, leveraging the expertise and technological capabilities developed across the Ahold Delhaize Group’s brands to strengthen our onsite retail media offering. This move allowed us to internalize campaign programming and optimization—resulting in greater control, increased flexibility, and improved performance.

Thanks to the success of this implementation and the positive performance of the first campaigns, we’re excited to announce the next step: new media placements across My Delhaize app and Delhaize.be website, available from June 2025.

 

New and unlocked pages in our Onsite Media Inventory

 

Our extended inventory now includes new pages for both bannering and sponsored products possibilities. Here's what’s new in terms of pages: 

  • Recipe Inspiration Page – App & Web :  users are actively looking for meal inspiration – the perfect moment to influence brand choice.
  • Recipe Listing Search Page – App & Web : high intent page with targeted search terms enabling for banner contextual targeting.
  • Folder Page – App & Web : a high-intent page for promo hunters, the Folder Page is where shoppers come to plan their purchases - whether online or in-store.
  • SuperPlus card page – App Only: loyalty space and second most visited page in the app.
  • Product Detail Page – App & Web : influence the buying decision till final decision moment by being present with sponsored products in the native product carrousels.
