As a advanced business management student, program digital marketing and communication at UCLL Leuven Limburg, I got the chance to join the team of Media Marketing Delhaize (MMD). During my 4 month internship I had 1 big project: the creation of this website, in collaboration with an external media agency. Thanks to the excellent support of MMD, I have been able to complete this bachelor thesis with distinction. In addition to my project, I also had various responsibilities, which made me a full member of the team. MMD is a young and dynamic team, working for the world-leading food retailer Delhaize. I even continued my internship during the summer as a student job

As a master student in Business Management at ICHEC Brussels Management School, I had the opportunity to realize a 6 months internship at Media Marketing Delhaize (MMD). Working there was an amazing experience for me for many reasons, which I can give you a few. First, you can work in a small, dynamic and experienced team, inside a very large multinational known in Belgium but also all around the world. Second, you are, as an trainee, treated as a real employee and given a lot of responsibilities and trust by the team. You are led to work on many jobs and objectives at the same time and be in relation with a great variety of company and brands, in the development of their campaigns. You can also realize the importance of planning and structure your objectives, to be able to implement them on a daily or weekly basis in an efficient and strategic way. Finally, I also help developing the reporting of the campaigns implemented by MMD and build a database, which became the basis my graduation thesis. Thanks to all of that, I have realized a great traineeship, learn a lot of thinks and accumulate experience at the beginning of my career.
